About me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing in Northwest Portland, Oregon. I have twenty years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adults and families. I am from the East Coast via California and prior to starting my private practice I worked with a diversity of people in a variety of mental health settings including mobile crisis teams, day treatment, clinics and schools.
Therapy sessions focus on what is on your mind and how you think about, experience and understand things. Together we can come to know more about how your mind works, what leads you to feel and react the way you do and what you want for yourself and your relationships going forward.
It is my great privelege to share in people's lives as they seek to move forward with greater ease, engagement, connection and joy.
